The
Balkan Range
The Balkans or Stara Planina as the Bulgarian’s
call it is the longest range in Bulgaria. It starts at the Serbian
border, and runs across the whole country west to east reaching
the waters of the Black Sea, the central part being the one with
the most pronounced alpine character-2376m.
The
trip we offer last 8 days and includes walking through the most
interesting and beautiful places of the Central Balkans.
The treks are between 3 and 7 hours and
an average denivelation of 1000 meters.
